Breakfast Egg Muffins and a Science diet = Fat loss


 

 

Breakfast has been called the most important meal of the day and science is showing how to use breakfast to cause great weight loss. It is possible to tailor your diet in such as way where the body will be forced to release body fat, there are over 30 million people in the United States who are overweight and the fact of the matter is that most of them will not lose any significant body weight while dieting.  There are many who skip breakfast in hopes that this will help their bodies remove the excessive inflammation fat but this is a recipe for failure according to science, but breakfast when used in the right diet can stimulate the body to drop more fat.

A high-calorie breakfast protects against diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular problems, says TAU researchers.  Researcher Daniela Jakubowicz of  TAU's  Sackler Faculty of Medicine and the Diabetes Unit at Wolfson Medical Center found that starting the day with breakfast led to more body fat loss compared to those who did not eat a large breakfast. She discovered that those who eat their largest daily meal at breakfast are far more likely to lose weight and waist line circumference than those who had a large dinner.

 

Egg Muffins are packed with protein which can cause the body to remove excessive fat, one woman who started eating egg muffins daily in a science based diet lost over 20 pounds in a very short time.

 

 

What was the secret? It is all about science for weight loss! Those in the more breakfast group were found to have significantly lower levels of a hunger hormone; this means people at least food through out the day?
