How buckwheat noodles and a specialized diet causes fat loss



 

Japanese noodles can be very healthy and the addition of a particular noodle called “Soba” causes great fat loss when combined with a specialized diabetic diet. Why would a diet created for diabetic cause people without diabetes to lose body fat? The answer is in the word inflammation. Overweight people carry too much inflammatory body fat (this is the nasty stuff that is very difficult to reduce) but studies show that when a diabetic styled diet includes soba noodles (buckwheat), people with or without diabetes lose a whole lot of body fat. The science behind the weight loss

 

Researchers have known for a long time that a diabetic styled diet causes great weight loss in people without diabetes but what they may not have known is that the addition of buckwheat, which is a very nutritious grain, caused a reduction in body fat. A diabetic styled diet reduces stubborn inflammation body fat, this is because diabetes and obesity are both inflammatory illness. All subjects lost weight on a Danish (Europe) diabetes diet regardless of whether they were diabetic or not. Soba noodles which are made from buckwheat caused a sharp reduction in body fat when combined with the diet.

Canadian researchers, publishing their findings in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry have found new evidence that buckwheat may be helpful in the management of diabetes. In a placebo-controlled study, a single dose of buckwheat seed extract lowered blood glucose levels by 12-19% at 90 and 120 minutes after administration when fed to laboratory animals with chemically-induced diabetes.

 

That lowering of glucose and inflammation body fat is why the soba noodles are so very good for weight loss regardless of whether a person is diabetic are not!

 

The combination of the Soba Japanese noodles with the Danish diabetes diet results in a very good loss of body fat.

 

Reducing body fat is not easy and the best way to do this is to use a combination of foods which science has revealed causes a loss of fat. With the worldwide rise in diabetes and obesity it will soon be common protocol for all children over age 7 to start a diabetic styled diet as a preventive measure against obesity.  So, eat your soba noodles!
