A diet that includes eggs is not only great for weight loss but wonderful for the whole body. In the past bad science had convinced people that all fats were bad, this bad science is one of the reasons people cannot get thin today. The fountain of misinformation that comes from our television commercials and from the food makers will cause your body to suffer. A diet with whole eggs is one of the best things for the body.
