A diet for women that actually works must be based on real science, the underlying causes of why females hold fat around the stomach must be addressed. With the incredible rise in the numbers of people who are overweight statistics show that females are being greatly affected. Despite the tremendous numbers of people who are dieting there is a problem, people are still not losing weight; a diet for women must be based on science and that is what science has revealed.



Our hard time losing weight



When it comes to fat storage a woman is not the same as a man, both are biologically created to store excessive fat differently; A woman tend to carry excess fat in her hips and thighs while men do not usually carry as much in these areas but women are now seeing a rise in belly fat percentage. Not only is the obesity situation in the UK not improving, but the doomsday scenario set out in that report might underestimate the true scale of the problem. There needs to be concerted action”



A diet for women must scientifically address the true cause of excessive fat staying on the body and that is what most diets do not do.
