How women lose weight? We have a problem



It is starting earlier and earlier, our girls are carrying excessive inflammatory fat and it is bringing extreme health complications for many. The food makers have created a crisis in much of the United States and England with the common use of highly processed food chemicals; many are dieting but are finding it increasingly difficult to lose the inflammatory fat.  The foods have changed, the people have been sold out for pure profit, what is added to the foods (highly processed food chemicals) today make millions for the food makers and cause health problems to millions.  Many are seeking a true answer as to how women lose weight but the solution is becoming very elusive for many.

The youngest victims

There are many who are blaming the parents for the growing childhood obesity epidemic in the West, an article in the British Daily Mail highlighted the fact that there are many 10 year olds who are weighting over 170 pounds.

Tam Fry, chairman of the Child Growth Foundation and spokesman for the National Obesity Forum, said: ‘To be allowed to get so obese at such young ages is quite simply child neglect and abuse.

'I understand the reluctance of social workers to act until medical professionals have seen the children, but once a care order is obtained no delay on their part is acceptable.

‘It is a national tragedy that so many children are now being taken into care.’

Thirty per cent of youngsters are deemed overweight or obese, putting them at risk of developing serious conditions in adulthood such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Around one in ten children are obese when they start primary school.

It may seem quite easy to blame the parents but the issue goes much deeper than this, today  it is practically impossible to read a food label without needed a degree in chemistry, these processed food chemicals increase your inflammatory fat!  Many are getting rich of the fake foods of today, even the so-called healthy foods all have some processed food chemicals in them which cause the body to hold fat.  The days of going into a supermarket and coming out with real food are practically over, the foods today are a set up for weight gain.  How do women lose weight? They do it by listen to real health science not popular television commercial actor diets. Avoid all celebrity endorsement diets; these are paid entertainers who would say anything for a buck.

If your diet is not reducing inflammatory fat then you are not getting healthy, the diets on the market today are just like the foods, they are long on advertising and short on results.

A diet for a woman must be based on science, when health researchers used a diet created for Overweight diabetics on people without diabetes they all lost weight by reducing inflammatory fat!

The diet worked because it reduced in the inflammatory fat in people with or without diabetes naturally, this was how people became thin from science.
